The photos above show some of the ways we pack our dates, from dates on the strand to finished boxes. Depending on season and availability, our Medjool range includes Delilah brand Natural Dates Medjoul boxes of 2 lb (908 g), 1 kg organic Medjoul boxes, 1 kg premium gift boxes, and 5 kg (11 lb) Class I cartons for wholesale and foodservice. Class I is a high quality grade for well-formed fruit with only slight skin defects.
Dates are delicious straight from the box, stuffed with nuts or cheese, chopped into baking, or blended into smoothies as a natural sweetener. They are also a traditional food for breaking the fast during Ramadan and a popular gift for holidays and celebrations. Keep dates in an airtight container: they last a few weeks in a cool, dry cupboard, several months in the refrigerator, and up to a year in the freezer.
